Those who wish to apply for membership in the Alaskan Malamute Club of America, Inc. (AMCA) are invited to request a Membership Application Package subject to the terms and conditions stated below, by completing and mailing this form to:

This form must be completed by each person interested in seeking membership in AMCA. Incomplete forms will be disregarded. Upon receipt of your Request for Application for Membership form, a Membership Application Package will be sent to you. Your Membership Application Package will include an application for membership, the club’s Constitution, By-Laws and Code of Ethics.

STATEMENT

I am interested in applying for membership in the Alaskan Malamute Club of America, Inc., a voluntary association. I acknowledge the jurisdiction and authority of AMCA’s Board of Directors as the body designated to manage the affairs of AMCA.

In consideration for being provided with AMCA’s Membership Application Package and for the processing of my Application for Membership, should I choose to apply, I hereby agree that if I, alone or with others, bring any type of administrative or judicial action against AMCA, its Officers and Board of Directors, jointly or severally, in any manner relating to or regarding the processing, approval, denial or rejection of my application for membership and if I prove unsuccessful upon the merits of my claim, I shall pay all cost and expenses, including attorney’s fees, incurred by AMCA, its Officers and Board of Directors, or any of them, in defense of or in response to that action.
