The Sturbridge Host Hotel and Conference Center is full. They are maintaining a list for people to be notified if they have cancellations. Contact the hotel to be added to the list.

Additional room blocks have been obtained at the following motels. These motels allows dogs:

  • Days Inn (1 mile from show location)  AMCA rate $67.50 + tax, no pet deposit required. This is a smaller country style motel nestled in the woods so it's a nice place for dogs as long as you have transportation to the show. Phone: 508-347-3391.

Special Message:

We have a block of rooms at these special rates starting Weds, 10/15 through Weds, 10/22.   We ask that you make your reservations by the cut off date and that you only book the rooms actually needed.  We would like to avoid the problems incurred during some past National events by attendees reserving extra rooms then canceling after the cut off date.  This causes several problems for AMCA  - many of our members are unable to obtain rooms due to unavailability or at the special rate and the cancellations may cause us not to meet the reserved room quota.  We have been very fortunate to negotiate a contract to obtain ALL of our functions space at no charge as long as we meet this quota.  We will be monitoring the hotel rooming list to help avoid this problem.  Your cooperation would be greatly appreciated.

All rooms have cable TV, coffeemakers, and hair dryers. Refrigerators are also available for a minimal fee.

 

Non smoking rooms are available.
