Vendor/Concessions

We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to acquire concession/vendor space at the Year Alaskan Malamute Club of America National & Regional Specialties. Our primary event will be the Regional Specialty followed by the National Specialty.   

The specific dates are:
 

  • Regional Specialty:   Monday, October 31th through Tuesday, November 1st

  • National Specialty:    Wednesday, November. 2nd through Saturday, November 5th

Since our regional specialty is being held over a much shorter time period, it may be necessary to expand our exhibition area to accommodate the schedule. Therefore, concession space availability during  the Regional Specialty will be extended on a limited basis. We have broken down our pricing structure to reflect two separate events. We will try to honor all requests for the duration of our complete event. 

All vendors will be in the pre-function area and the Bartholomew room. Only AMCA booths will be in the Crystal Ballroom. We maintain the right to assign spaces as deemed necessary for space considerations. Each vendor space will be a minimum of 8 ft. x 10 ft. One table and two chairs will be provided per vendor.

Thank you for considering our specialty and we look forward to a wonderful turnout of exhibitors, ready to enjoy themselves and spend the money.

  • Setup will NOT be allowed prior to 4 pm Sunday, 10/30.

  • Vendors who purchase space for the Regional Specialty ONLY must vacate premises no later than 7 pm Tuesday 11/1.

  • All vendors must vacate premises no later than 6 pm on Saturday 11/5.
