Since our regional specialty is being held
over a much shorter time period, it may be necessary to expand our
exhibition area to accommodate the schedule. Therefore, concession
space availability during the Regional
Specialty will be extended on a limited basis. We have broken down
our pricing structure to reflect two separate events. We will try to
honor all requests for the duration of our complete event.
All
vendors will be in the pre-function area and the Bartholomew room. Only
AMCA booths will be in the Crystal Ballroom. We maintain the right
to assign spaces as deemed necessary for space considerations. Each
vendor space will be a minimum of 8 ft. x 10 ft. One table and two chairs
will be provided per vendor.

themselves and spend the money.
