The committee maintains a
number of forums
within the AMCA Forum
system.
The ITC Forums
are only for issues directly relating to the Information Technology Committee.
One of the forums for example is used to post information about
updates to the AMCA website. The forums are not for discussion
of general AMCA issues.
Any topic discussed on the
ITC Forums is for information purposes only. It is nonbinding. The outcome of the
discussion of a topic will not govern whether the ITC will act on any topic, nor whether the Board of
Directors will approve or disapprove implementing any computer based solution relating to a topic.
The ITC Forums replace the Yahoo based email
lists AMCAITC and AMCA_INET. The archives for those lists remain
available. No new messages may be posted to those lists.

Moderators of the
Forums have the right to moderate, suspend,
or permanently ban from either or both Forums, without warning.
Subscribers to the Forums will communicate in a courteous and
civil manner at all times. Moderators will determine if a
subscriber is in violation of this rule. Violation of this rule
will be sufficient grounds to place a subscriber on moderated
status, suspend or ban a subscriber. A subsequent violation of
this rule will be grounds to permanently ban a subscriber.
