Responsibilities

1. Advise the BOD on matters of Information Technologies, including Internet Technologies.

2. Manage AMCA authorized website(s) and email list(s), standardize forms, file formats, software, hardware, and vendors used to maintain AMCA data*.

3. Create and maintain documentation relating to all AMCA data*.

4. Insure offsite backup of all AMCA data*.

5. Review and assess current electronic technologies used by AMCA for communications between the Board, Committee Chairs, Committee members, other volunteers, and membership.
   
   * AMCA data includes AMCA domain(s), website(s), email account(s), electronic documents, membership lists, databases, other files, and other means of electronic communication. This does not mean that the Information Technology Committee will take over the duties of other committees such as Membership.

Committee Chairperson and Members

Responsibilities

1. Qualify, assign and release committee members for webmaster(s), email list moderator(s), data entry, or other position necessary to fulfill the duties of the Information Technology Committee.

2. Members will be selected using the volunteer list, and also those members that have shown a past interest, or express an interest in the future.

3. Each member will have a primary and secondary responsibility. This is done to ensure all areas are covered in the event any committee member is not able to cover their primary area of responsibility. Sub-committees may be established as needed.
