This National is YOUR National, we need your help to make this event a complete success.  Many of these committees can use assistance of individuals who do not necessarily live in this Region.  Please take a look at this committee list and contact the Committee Coordinator to offer your services.

We are in the process of setting up a special Committee e-mail list (committee members only) which will provide us with an efficient ways to communicate with one another to share our committee ideas and progress.  This method will keep all committee members aware of the status and issues within their own committee structure and all committees since many committees need to coordinate their activities.  This will also provide us visibility where assistance is needed to meet our goals of hosting a memorable event for everyone.  Watch this website for more information on this feature.

This committee structure is a work in progress.  The specific duties of each committee will be outlined so there will be no misunderstanding of what each committee is responsible for.

Volunteers are still needed for many committees and we may need to make some adjustments to spread our resources where needed.
