Welcome to the Working Title Application Page!
This page is currently under active development, so be sure to check back regularly for helpful new additions. In the meantime, you can find what we have available now in regard to titling and application here.
All application forms can be found on this page, as well as the required TRACKING SHEET
for the I/A/X/S title levels. Please remember that all parts of the tracking sheet must be
completed and submitted with all required application materials. All previously earned titles
must be included, regardless if you are earning out of order.
As you review the rules and guidelines for trips, please review the GLOSSARY, as well as all
relevant and available information pertinent to the program. We will continue to add helpful
explanations, articles, check lists, etc.

If you have questions or are unsure about anything, it is your responsibility to contact the
committee to receive clarification. The upper titles presume good experience in the field of
activity and titling, as well as an understanding of the spirit of these titles. Please be careful
not to make assumptions as there can be various definitions and interpretations that are not
those used by the committee.
If you are new to titling or a title level, especially at the upper levels, it is recommended you
ask questions prior to planning any trip. Titles that do not meet the criteria will not be passed
on the basis of misunderstanding. The committee wants you to be successful. Please contact
us and don’t go it alone.

you achieve success.
4) Each application is carefully reviewed, this process is not a formality.
