Rescue Quilt Raffle

The quilting team of Jeanne and Anneliese Behrman are hard at work on the rescue quilt! The quilt will be raffled at the National Specialty in Sturbridge. The tickets for the raffle quilt are now available on AMAL's web site. The quilt is a queen size "photo" quilt, with images of malamutes provided by supporters who each purchased a square of the quilt. The bordering material is teal, gray and black with silver highlights. The squares are being pieced and machine stitched, and hand tied by Jeanne and Anneliese, and a few other rescue volunteers.

All proceeds will go directly to AMAL to help malamutes across the country. The price of the raffle tickets is (U.S.) $5.00 each. Raffle tickets are available now until October 1. After that, they will only be available at the AMAL table at the National. You can print the  raffle tickets, and mail in with your payment, or purchase them at the National. You don't need to be present to win, but any shipping costs will need to be prepaid by the winner.

Scheduled on Friday October 17th at 7:30 PM.
