Vendor/Concessions

We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to acquire concession/vendor space at the 2003 Alaskan Malamute Club of America National & Regional Specialties.  Our primary event will be the National Specialty followed by the Regional Specialty.   

The specific dates are:
 

  • National Specialty:    Friday, Oct. 17th through Monday, October 20th

  • Regional Specialty:   Tuesday, October 21st through Wednesday, October 22nd

Since our regional specialty is being held over a much shorter time period, it may be necessary to expand our exhibition area to accommodate the schedule.  Therefore, concession space availability during  the Regional Specialty will be extended on a limited basis.  We have broken down our pricing structure to reflect two separate events.  We will try to honor all requests for the duration of our complete event. 

The majority of vendors spaces will be available in the Exhibition Hall.  There will be a limited # of spaces in the adjoining corridor.  We maintain the right to assign spaces as deemed necessary for space considerations.  Each vendor space will be a minimum of 8ft. x 10ft. 

Thank you for considering our specialty and we look forward to a wonderful turnout of exhibitors, ready to enjoy themselves and spend the money.

                                          Cost:  $100.00 (2 day event)

No setup will be allowed prior to 7p.m. Thursday, 10/16.  Vendors who purchase space for ONLY the National Specialty will be required to vacate by 7p.m. on Monday, 10/20.

All vendors must vacate premises no later than 8p.m. on Wednesday, 10/22.
