Since our regional specialty is being held
over a much shorter time period, it may be necessary to expand our
exhibition area to accommodate the schedule. Therefore, concession
space availability during the Regional
Specialty will be extended on a limited basis. We have broken down
our pricing structure to reflect two separate events. We will try to
honor all requests for the duration of our complete event.
The majority of vendors
spaces will be available in the Exhibition Hall. There will be a
limited # of spaces in the adjoining corridor. We maintain the right
to assign spaces as deemed necessary for space considerations. Each
vendor space will be a minimum of 8ft. x 10ft.

themselves and spend the money.

No setup will be allowed prior to 7p.m.
Thursday, 10/16. Vendors who purchase space for ONLY the National
Specialty will be required to vacate by 7p.m. on Monday, 10/20.
All vendors must vacate premises no later than 8p.m. on Wednesday, 10/22.
