2007 National Specialty Week Update

WOW - This is going to be one HUGE show!

As of June 4th most of the hotel is booked. If you call the hotel, please be courteous to the reservation desk, they are doing the best they can to get us all in at Olympia. When calling for reservations ask for:

Andy LePage or Bri Henderson.

If they are not there, leave your phone number and they will call you back at their earliest convenience. For those of you who have booked more rooms then you need, PLEASE cancel them so others can have a room for the week.

Olympia is working on plan B – they are making trying to make arrangements with other hotels in the area to rent rooms at our room rate. The problem may be “no dogs” – but dogs can always stay in the grooming room.

Hospitality - Cynda Schoesser needs your financial support! The cost for hospitality will be at least $250 per morning. If you can help, please send her your donation today. All the information is on the hospitality information sheet in the newsletter mailing.

Trophy Donations - If you have already donated for trophies for the Regional and or National, Thank You! If not, there is still time to make a trophy donation for the shows! The trophy donor information is also in the newsletter mailing.

Banquet Reservations – Please send in your reservations for the Welcome Buffet and the AMCA National Specialty Celebration Banquet. The form is included in the newsletter mailing.

Make sure that you send the forms to the proper person. None of the forms are to be sent to the show superintendent.
